My Client has a gastro pub serving top end food. Michelin Head chef owner is looking for a well organised highly skilled sous chef, can be a junior sous looking for a step up. This chef is out of the world, He knows his stuff. The pub has a few letting rooms, so only a few breakfasts to do. working 5 days out of 7 approx. 48 hours. on offer to the right person a salary from £35 k, free live in and all the other extras. So we are only looking for chefs from a fresh food back ground to a high level, a steady cv and a person with the right attuide. Must have right to work in the uk.
