FULL DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales Officer/Executive

Location: Manchester – Greater Manchester

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multicultural sales strategies to drive international market growth.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, particularly in the Middle East and East Europe.
  • Research markets for new products, demands, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Strengthen ties with existing international customers/agents and establish relationships with new partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at sales/trade events to showcase products/services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural sales strategies and global business dynamics.
  • Excellent research skills to identify market trends, demands, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team.
  • Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Willingness to represent the company at sales/trade events.
  • Language proficiency in addition to English
