PAD is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer & Project Manager to join their team. The role involves leading design meetings, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and external teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of kitchen design experience, an understanding of building regulations, and be based in London within the M25.
DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer & Project Manager with sublime attention to detail and passion for interiors to join the PAD family.
This a rare opportunity for a design-led role with no sales targets or weekend working.
You will be responsible for kitchen projects from concept through to completion including:
- Leading design meetings with clients and designers
- Bringing the client’s vision to life, ensuring designs are unique and specifically tailored
- Taking a kitchen from design to manufacture and installation
- Managing multiple projects ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout
We have a strong focus on client experience and quality control. You will be working closely with third party architects, interior designers and contractors so experience in managing external teams and solving problems should they arise is essential.
This is a client facing role that requires you to be incredibly self sufficient and able to manage your own time effectively.
The ideal candidate is a confident, autonomous individual that has at least 3 years experience in kitchen design, with an understanding of building regulations and interior design.
You need to be London based within the M25, legally be able to live and work in the UK, drive and own a car. Experience with Winner Design is essential.
