Role Overview:
As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective music lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their musical skills and appreciation for music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive music lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
What we're looking for...
Qualifications:
- Degree in Music or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable).
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching music at the primary level.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
