Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons in line with the school curriculum. - Monitor and track the progress of students through regular assessment and feedback. - Develop and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. - Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students. - Provide extra support to students who are struggling and challenge those who are excelling. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress. - Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities. - Participate in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field. - Relevant teaching qualification and certification. - Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents. - A patient and supportive approach to teaching. - Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom.
