  • Proven experience as a Care Manager or similar role in the healthcare sector
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support to residents.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of residents’ care and progress, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in care management.
