Senior Electrical Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Technician to join the [Employer hidden] department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.

- Build, install, maintain, and fault-find electrical systems on Formula E race cars and associated equipment - Support car preparation, build, and turnaround during test and race events - Diagnose electrical faults under tight time constraints in a high-pressure environment - Work closely with race engineers and mechanics to ensure optimal system performance - Assist with wiring looms, sensors, control units, and data systems - Ensure all electrical work complies with FIA, Formula E, and internal safety standards - Support garage, test, and race operations, including international travel as required - Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, ideally within motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or high-performance engineering

- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, wiring looms, and fault diagnosis - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings - Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving - Comfortable working flexible hours and international travel - Previous experience in Formula E, Formula 1, WEC, or other professional motorsport series preferred no essential - Experience with high-voltage systems (training can be provided if required) - Familiarity with System 25 Wiring - Motorsport event support experience
