Job Summary

About the Role :

[Employer hidden] is seeking a Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing Data & AI team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those at the start of their career to develop their analytical skills whilst working on high-impact infrastructure projects across rail, water, nuclear, and defence sectors. You will receive structured mentorship and hands-on experience with industry-leading tools whilst contributing to projects that deliver real business value.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualisations for client projects.
• Support data extraction, cleaning, and preparation activities using Excel, SQL, and Azure tools.
• Learn to work with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present findings.
• Develop foundational skills in data quality assessment and documentation.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Stack:

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in a numerate discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
