Job Summary

[Employer hidden] is seeking an Associate Director Data Analyst with extensive leadership experience in analytics and business intelligence. You will oversee analytical delivery across multiple client programmes, shape [Employer hidden]'s analytics strategy, and drive commercial growth through client relationships and business development. You will combine strategic oversight with deep technical expertise, ensuring [Employer hidden] delivers exceptional analytical value whilst building a world-class analytics capability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee analytical delivery across multiple high-value client engagements simultaneously.
  • Define and implement analytics strategy aligned with [Employer hidden]'s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on data-driven decision making.
  • Drive business development through client engagement, proposal leadership, and capability demonstrations.
  • Establish analytics standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organisation.
  • Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of analytics professionals.
  • Shape the future of [Employer hidden]'s analytics offering, including AI-enhanced BI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent [Employer hidden] at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in analytics and data visualisation.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business development, client management, and P&L responsibility.
  • Deep expertise in business intelligence technologies, particularly Microsoft's data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at C-suite level.
  • Strategic vision combined with practical delivery experience and technical credibility.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
