Performance Marketing Specialist – UK

London, UK (Hybrid)

£30,000 - £45,000 + 25% bonus + equity

What we're looking for

  • 3 years’ experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on marketing mobile apps
  • Experience with setting up and scaling campaigns across various ad platforms like Google, Facebook TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, and other social media advertising.
  • You’ll be analytical and data-driven
  • Demonstrable experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for tracking and attribution.
  • An understanding of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile
  • Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Eager to learn, you’ll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building
  • Able to commute to Aldgate, London 3 times a week – Tues, Wed & Thurs
  • Fluency in English
  • BONUS: French, German or Turkish language skills

Day to day

  • Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search Ads, and a number of emerging DSPs & ad networks
  • Coordinating with regional Marketing teams to produce high-quality Performance creative, with a focus on testing, scale & iteration
  • Owning an A/B testing roadmap that help us drive efficient, ongoing media spend
  • Reporting on granular Performance campaigns and interpreting results for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework
  • Supporting Senior Managers & Performance Lead in devising global Marketing strategies that scale
  • Working with an experienced Performance Marketing team to build a best-in-class UA function
