This vital role involves delivering person-centred care to individuals living in their own homes, including those with dementia and other care needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in improving the quality of life for our service users through physical assistance, emotional support, and practical help.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
• Prepare hot beverages and heat meals in the microwave
• Provide mobility support and encourage safe movement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment
• Follow individual care plans and work closely with care coordinators
• Engage service users in activities that support mental and physical stimulation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a patient-facing or care role (preferred)
• Background in nursing or relevant qualifications in health and social care (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, respectful, and empathetic approach to supporting others
• A genuine passion for improving lives and delivering high-quality care
