You will have prior experience in training and development, specifically in the food and beverage industry, budgets and maximizing sales opportunities. You will play a crucial role in supporting our food and beverage divisions, managing operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. You will manage the daily operations of our food and beverage team, with a heavy focus on compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. You will monitor inventory and control costs, helping to maximize profitability for the department. You will be heavily involved in the expansion of the company, with multiple outlets on the horizon.

Experience: 2 years of operations experience (required)
Experience of managing a team (preferred)
Training and development experience (required)
