Account Manager - the opportunity
The primary focus of the role is to act as the customer's voice within the business, ensure their high satisfaction and to maintain the company's excellent contract renewal rate. Another important aspect is to grow revenue within accounts, undertaking white space analysis and working consultatively with the customer and the tech/pre-sales teams to position additional solutions.

Account Manager - responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, in-person and virtually
- Act as the customer's advocate in the business
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Drive contract renewals and identify account growth opportunities
- Work between client and internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Keep clients up to date about new products and services
- Work with Marketing on client-specific campaigns

- Proven track record of Account Management in IT Services
- Top-notch communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listener who can fully understand clients' priorities and respond accordingly
- Good commercial acument and numeracy
- Strong understanding of relevant IT products and trends
