What You’ll Be Doing as a Remortgage Conveyancer
As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you'll handle a caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and benefit from state-of-the-art systems designed to make your job easier.
Key Responsibilities of a Remortgage Conveyancer:
- Manage your own caseload of remortgage files
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to progress cases efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding client service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a remortgage or residential conveyancing role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
