Seasonal Assistant
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for an enthusiastic person with a positive, can-do attitude to work in the fast paced, high turnover Seasonal department. Our Seasonal Department is a large department stocking a wide arrange of different products from BBQs to Garden Furniture.
The successful candidate will have merchandising and retail experience preferably from a Garden Centre background, be a good communicator with a focus on customer service and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative

Includes:Monday to Friday with a rota’d day off and alternate weekends
Hours:37.5 Hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- To assist with sales of Garden Furniture, BBQ’s and other seasonal products.
- Organise customer orders for delivery.
- Working the weekly deliveries, making sure all shop floor products are priced and correctly merchandised;
- Help customers with any enquires they may have in store and over the phone;
- Help with seasonal moves around the store
- During busy periods helping in other departments may be required.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Experience working within retail sales, with a passion for selling
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent organisation and housekeeping skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise is essential
