About The Opportunity

We are seeking, a dynamic and results driven individual to join our sales force in the professional beauty sector. You will play a vital part in fostering strong realtionships to drive sustainable financial growth. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key accounts to develop growth opportunities and offering specialised advice and sharing innovative ideas to attract and retain clients. You will also be required to establish new relationships and create new account holders. We are looking for commercially minded professional who can proactively inspire others, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships to consistently drive sales.

Experience Essential

This role would suit an already established field-based rep looking for a new challenge. It will also include cross-brand selling with our full catalogue of professional and retail products.

Who We Are Looking For?

  • As a field-based Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities within designated accounts to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Your proactive approach will enable you to identify new business opportunities within your geographical area while also recognizing additional openings within existing accounts.
  • With a strong sense of accountability, you will efficiently manage your workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all agreed actions and requests.
  • Building robust relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to influencing others and achieving exceptional results.
  • Your ability to analyze the strengths and coaching opportunities of salon teams/businesses will allow you to offer valuable solutions and mini-training sessions to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating a proven track record of increasing revenue and cultivating relationships with new and existing account partnerships, exceeding targets.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of sales and education skills, including questioning and negotiation techniques, as well as development and coaching skills.
  • Approaching challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and maintaining a positive attitude when faced with objections or obstacles.

+Exhibiting excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

+Proficiency in video calls, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
