We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, offering therapeutic support tailored to their needs.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required as part of the pre-employment process, should an offer of employment be made.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one, couples, or group counselling sessions
  • Conduct assessments and create personalised treatment plans
  • Use various therapeutic approaches (e.g., person-centred, CBT, integrative)
  • Maintain client confidentiality and accurate session records
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians
  • Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

Must Have

  • Master Degree or Higher
  • Accredited membership with BACP, UKCP, or NCPS.
  • A recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy
  • Experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Valid work permit at UK

Nice to have

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in private practice or healthcare settings is desirable
  • Additional languages
