Job Title: Software Algorithm Engineer (C#)
Salary: Dependant on experience
Contract:Full-Time
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days working in our Warwick office
About the Role:
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a talented software engineer to develop new algorithms and sensor fusion technology for our exciting range of measurement products. You will be a part of our strong research and development team which includes research, electronics hardware, embedded software, cloud & backend software and mobile app development. The work you do will be crucial to the success of our current and future products in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of the [Employer hidden] algorithms
- Development of sensor fusion algorithms
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong C# experience – especially developing scientific or mathematical libraries
- Master's or PhD degree in any STEM subject
- Understanding of Advanced Mathematics
- Understanding of Advanced Algorithms
- Understanding of 3D Vector Maths
- Problem solving ability and a track record of innovative ideas
- Analytical skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Inertial Navigation e.g. in the field of drones, robotics or other moving devices
- Experience with Sensor Fusion e.g. using Kalman
- Experience with MATLAB
