FULL DESCRIPTION

SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR

HIGHFIELD PARK, LLANGWYFAN, LL16 4LU

Salary:£29,353.42 – £31,843.06 per annum (DOE)

Hours of Work:40 per week (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm)

Contract Type:12 month to cover maternity leave

About the role:

The Support Services Coordinator will assist in the Marketing, Placements, Reception, and Workforce departments.The coordinator will be expected to complete a wide range of administrative tasks and ad-hoc project work as required.The role will require efficient and effective administration skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

You will provide a range of invaluable assistance to the Head of Support Services and Directors in supporting various departments, projects and initiatives across [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] and Young Foundations.

About you:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum Qualification – Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • A high level of grammar / spelling and a GCSE English qualification
  • Experience of undertaking a range of administrative duties including task & project management
  • Competent and confident in using related software e.g.MS word, excel, projects, outlook etc
  • Knowledge of the importance of confidentiality
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide an administration service of typing of meeting minutes, administration recording and note taking, creating letters, issuing of memo’s, emails, report writing and any other documentation as required within the Company
  • To provide a professional and courteous response to all internal and external stakeholders at all times
  • To proactively follow up responses and actions to support efficient coordination of the departments
  • Carry out project work as prescribed to support regulatory compliance within all [Employer hidden] and Young Foundations services
  • To undertake other relevant duties as required by the Head of Support Services, appropriate to the grade of the post.
