Your Career

Your Team

You’ll lead a senior engineering organisation across People First, setting clear technical direction, OKRs, and standards. Working closely with Engineering Managers, Senior Software Engineers, and Product, you’ll build and develop high‑performing teams, hire exceptional technologists, and create an environment focused on quality, learning, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact

You’ll own the technical health, risk, and delivery outcomes of People First, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, well‑tested, and observable. By partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders, you’ll enable predictable delivery of customer and commercial value while identifying future technology and capability needs to keep People First at the forefront of the market.

What you'll bring to the role and [Employer hidden]

  • Senior leadership experience leading software engineering teams in a SaaS or complex product environment
  • A strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering leaders and senior engineers
  • Deep hands‑on software engineering background with the credibility to guide technical decisions
  • Strong practical experience with Agile development methods
  • Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and quality engineering
  • Experience setting engineering standards, metrics, and continuous improvement practices
  • Proven ability to work closely with Product and senior stakeholders to deliver predictable outcomes
