We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a technically minded accountant or a tech-savvy professional with strong accounting knowledge. You will act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring our financial systems are optimized to support business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and maintain the finance ERP system (NetSuite)
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Assist with system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial processes
- Participate in system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
- Provide user support and training for finance systems
- Work closely with IT and finance stakeholders to streamline workflows.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Time management & prioritization skills- things can get a little hectic, so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical
- Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expected to together well-written, grammatically correct emails and other communications. When communicating verbally – whether over the phone, on video calls, in person or meetings – you will need to be articulate, warm and engaging
- Flexibility- being an effective team player means being flexible in your approach and open to getting involved with new things, even if they are not spelt out in your job description
- Intellectual Curiosity – we are looking for someone who is truly interested in our profession and has the intellectual curiosity to delve deep into topics and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, month-end close).
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with systems, data and reporting tools
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions
- Detail Oriented: Experience in gathering requirements and documentation.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience of working in NetSuite
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification highly desirable
- The right to work in the UK.
