We’re currently looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our client’s home in Longbridge (South Birmingham).

Due to occupational requirements, we can only accept female applicants for this position.

Meet the Client:

The client is a down‑to‑earth, easy-going person with a great sense of humour, always up for a laugh and a joke. He maintains strong relationships with his family and greatly enjoys spending time with them, both at home and during outings. Family connection plays an important role in his overall wellbeing. While he’s sociable and fun to be around, he also values his own space and appreciates the quiet moments he shares with his wife.

He is an enthusiastic Aston Villa supporter and enjoys following football. In his leisure time, he likes watching films and listening to music, which provide relaxation and enjoyment. He also benefits from regular exercise and enjoys attending the gym located within the building where he lives, supporting both his physical and emotional wellbeing.

Overall, he’s a warm, balanced, and genuine person who brings positivity and good energy wherever he goes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be supporting our male client who lives with a spinal cord injury to live as independently and comfortably as possible in his own home.

Every aspect of care is tailored around him — his preferences, his routines, and his goals. Your role is not just to assist, but to empower.

No previous experience? No problem. We provide full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and valued in your role.

Above all, you’ll believe in putting the person at the centre of their care.

If you’re ready to make a genuine difference and be part of a team where person-centred care truly matters — we would love to hear from you.
