Property Maintenance Assistant
Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire (travel across Aberdeenshire required)
[Employer hidden] are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction company based in Aberdeenshire to recruit a Property Maintenance Assistant to join their contracts team.

Specialising in concrete works, civil engineering, and main contracting, they are known for their reliability, technical expertise, and consistent project delivery across a diverse portfolio.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone practical and adaptable. Duties will include:
- Joinery works
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Cleaning slabs and external surfaces
- Gritting public areas during winter months
- Cleaning gutters
- Tidying and maintaining small landscaped areas
- Supporting the wider contracts team as required
Travel across Aberdeenshire will be required, although the role is based in Oldmeldrum.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar property maintenance role - Ability to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks - Practical, reliable, and proactive approach - Full UK driving licence
