We’re hiring a Senior Account Handler to join our growing team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in Mayfair.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional looking for greater exposure to complex risks, high-value clients, and a broad range of insurance classes across multiple industries.

You’ll work closely with the directors, gain direct client exposure, and receive ACII study support as part of your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of client accounts, from placement through to renewal
  • Working closely with the directors to support and develop client relationships
  • Liaising with insurers to obtain terms, negotiate coverage, and secure appropriate solutions for clients
  • Preparing and managing policy documentation, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Delivering high-quality day-to-day client service and acting as a key point of contact
  • Attending client and insurer meetings where required
  • Supporting risk assessments and insurance programme design for client businesses and assets

Skills and Experience

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in commercial insurance (broking or underwriting)
  • Cert CII or Dip CII qualified, or currently working towards a CII qualification
  • Ambition to progress towards ACII
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong academic background, including a minimum 2:1 degree (Russell Group or equivalent university preferred)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
