Our client is a VC-backed international operations company with a unique culture - a blend of being highly professional and profit-focussed yet with the additional reward of making a valuable humanitarian contribution to society on the world stage.
They now seek to appoint a capable and diligent Administrator to take responsibility for all administration duties within the operations department, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and within specific timeframes.
Key tasks include:
- Responsible for admin tasks within the Operations department
- Liaise with suppliers and raise Purchase Orders
- Ensure site operatives return all their paperwork in a timely manner
- File paperwork in line with Company’s processes
- Send required paperwork to Clients
- Assist Operations team with scheduling of manning & resources
- Assist Operations team with the mobilisation of manning & assets to site. For example, this may include assigning personnel to tasks, booking accommodation and organising transport moves
- Complete and issue project specific documentation
- Track projects status
- Keep track of site operatives’ trainings & qualifications to ensure these remain in date
- Assist with the compilation of final reports
