FULL DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving UK division of a global food manufacturer, looking for a talented sales operations coordinator. The role will be initially on a temporary contract but there is a strong possibility of it becoming a permanent position. It also offers hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).

Key duties

  • Process orders from customers
  • Allocating stock as per forecast and agreed internal measures
  • Update internal trackers
  • Arrange delivery slots with 3PL
  • Arrange delivery slots on customer portals
  • Raise invoices on SAP system for shipped orders
  • Update customers on supply shortage and performance
  • Customer facing duties such as dealing with complaints, late deliveries and shortages
  • Attend all relevant meetings including daily operations meeting and daily 3PL meeting
  • Assist in operations administrative tasks such as arranging and booking in inbound supply and updating trackers and systems
  • Assist with finance queries such as POD requests and invoicing issues
