Our client is a software company supplying an industry leading ERP solution into a large and rapidly growing sector. They are well established and have, through the ongoing addition of features and due to the targeted area of their customer base, enjoyed significant growth. The software offers a unique, cloud based, end to end solution for their clients, front end, EPOS, ecommerce, stock management, analytics and full accounting capability. In order to support their ongoing growth, they now seek to appoint a training & implementation executive to take responsibility for the successful delivery of training and implementation processes to their customers as well as internal staff training requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the Projects Team to deliver successful implementation to customers - Produce accurate training material and promote their implementation - Hand over successful projects to support team - Offer process improvements to customers to improve key business processes - Work with projects team to develop and deliver effective repeatable processes - Work on site with customers (may include overnight stay) where necessary - Deliver training webinars on new products and releases.
