You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of ATOMX’s flagship digital ecosystem, Aurora, Ionic, Vertex, and Rippl, ensuring each platform lands on time, at pace, and to an exceptional standard. Your leadership will directly uplift underwriting, distribution, operations, and the performance of our in-house technology landscape. This is a role for someone who holds the line, raises the bar, and drives results without compromise. Our Products You’ll Bring to Life - Aurora: AI-driven document excellence creation, summarisation, and workflow automation. - Ionic: Contracts, binders & BDX simplified AI-powered consistency, compliance and control. - Vertex: High-performance global distribution with local precision. - Rippl: Next-gen underwriting workbench and PAS, built for speed and AI-enhanced decisioning. - Plus an expanding suite of innovative, in-house platforms shaping the future of insurance technology. Key Accountabilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple high-stakes digital products. - Partner with Product, Architecture, and stakeholders to create aligned, realistic, committed roadmaps. - Run disciplined, outcome-driven Scrum ceremonies. - Maintain crystal clear RAID logs, budgets, governance packs, and delivery updates. - Remove blockers fast, no drift, no delays. - Manage internal and external dependencies with precision. - Communicate with confidence from engineering squads to senior leadership. - Lead working groups and steering committees with authority and clarity. - Uphold strong governance and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. - Foster a high-performance culture, coaching teams to operate at their best. - Continuously refine and elevate delivery practices.
