Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Guest Experience - Deliver an exceptional, welcoming, and professional greeting to every visitor. - Maintain a polished, inviting reception environment that reflects Aventum’s culture and values. - Act as an ambassador for Aventum, ensuring guests feel informed, supported, and valued. Operational Excellence - Manage daily administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. - Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor passes, and building access. - Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and deliveries smoothly and professionally. - Provide consistent coverage to ensure no reception area is ever left unattended. Communication & Collaboration - Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams across all floors. - Support colleagues by sharing information promptly and effectively. - Uphold Aventum’s values of Collaboration, Commitment, and Customer Prioritisation in daily interactions. Security & Compliance - Monitor visitor activity and maintain accurate sign‑in processes. - Ensure security protocols are followed, safeguarding colleagues and visitors. - Assist with health, safety, and compliance procedures when required.
