About the Role

Here at [Employer hidden] Group Limited, we're going through a period of growth and as such, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee refurbishment/fit-out projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they adhere to project specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status
