Roles and Responsibilities:

  • • Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and dispatching drivers.
  • • Monitor transportation costs and performance metrics to ensure efficiency.
  • • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
  • • Utilise logistics software to track shipments and resolve any issues.
  • • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
  • • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • • Essential skills: Customer service, logistics, computer literacy.
  • • Desirable skills: IT, supply chain, proficiency in Word and Outlook.
  • • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • • A valid driving licence is preferred.
