Job Description

Location: Leeds and other Location

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £11.30 - £16 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining records of client’s progress and services performed, also reporting changes in client’s conditions to manager.
  • Demonstrating constant respect and privacy for service user, maintaining dignity and data protection.
  • To provide leadership to the care staff within [Employer hidden] Services Ltd.
  • To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager.
  • To supervise and train new care staff within [Employer hidden] Services Ltd in accordance with agreed standards.
  • To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development from time-to-time required to maintain practices as up to date.
  • Conducting monthly meeting.
  • Auditing of care plans and medication charts. Ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
  • Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.
