Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Consultant for [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you will own the company’s digital brand identity, lead strategic marketing efforts to raise awareness of our cybersecurity services, and drive lead generation across verticals including healthcare, education, finance, and manufacturing. You will develop and execute data-driven digital strategies that showcase [Employer hidden]’s expertise in penetration testing, compliance, threat intelligence, and MSSP offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement [Employer hidden]’s digital brand strategy to reinforce our positioning as a trusted cybersecurity solutions provider.
- Identify and articulate unique value propositions across services like penetration testing, firewall security, governance/compliance, and threat intelligence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align messaging with technical capabilities, market needs, and competitive landscape.
- Content Marketing & Leadership:
- Produce engaging, industry-relevant content—including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and website updates—to highlight [Employer hidden]’s insights in cybersecurity.
- Optimize content for SEO and visibility, especially on topics like GDPR, ISO compliance, IoT security, and MSSP trends.
- Digital Campaigns & Performance:
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (organic search, paid search, social media, email, webinars) to generate leads across target sectors.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, lead quality) and continuously optimize based on performance data.
- Website & User Experience (UX):
- Oversee website strategy—including structure, SEO optimization, service pages, and content hierarchy—to ensure site engagement and lead capture.
- Coordinate with designers/developers to improve user journey, responsiveness, and conversion points.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to monitor trends, refine strategy, and highlight service differentiators in cybersecurity and MSSP space.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure digital performance and produce actionable insights for leadership.
- Report regularly on campaign outcomes, marketing ROI, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in digital marketing strategy—preferably within B2B, IT services, or cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong content creation ability: writing whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Proficient in SEO, digital analytics, CMS, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical subject matter into audience-relevant messaging.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset for campaign optimisation.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity industry vocabulary and services is highly advantageous.
