[Employer hidden] is one of the leading waste management companies in the South of England – offering a wide range of services, including but not limited to : – Skip and rollonoff hire, tipper hire, recycled and virgin material supply, materials recycling facilities (MRF), concrete and welfare facilities – a true one stop shop for both commercial and domestic customers.
The Role of Sales Advisor
The role includes:
- First point of contact for inbound telephone calls and web enquiries.
- Dialogue / relationship building with new customers – both commercial and domestic.
- Account management of existing customers.
- Securing orders and adding to / updating the operating system
- Using your product knowledge to upsell additional services & products.
- Creation and management of quotation pipeline.
- Daily administration of your own customer portfolio and email inbox.
The Ideal Sales Advisor
- Confident communicator both over the phone and via digital form.
- Sales experience as part of a wider team in an office environment
- Attention to detail – data accuracy being key
- Passionate and driven to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure.
Renumeration
- Starting Salary £14,912 pa
- 25 days holiday pro rata basis
- Bonus based on individual KPI’s and team targets

Hours
Standard working hours are 10.00am to 14.00pm Monday to Friday
