Employment Type: Temporary (2-3 weeks)

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a temporary receptionist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and organise the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
