### What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
• ✅ Proven ability to hit targets and back up sales stats
• ✅ New Build experience is a strong advantage
• ✅ Able to service multiple high-volume sites
• ✅ Confident using CRM systems and tech tools
• ✅ Strong compliance, client service, and communication skills
• ✅ Excellent relationship builder and self-starter
