We’re seeking a qualified Mortgage Adviser (CAS status) to specialise in new build mortgages across Hereford and the surrounding area. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker seeking high-quality leads, a solid base salary, and the flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Need

• ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
• ✅ Proven track record of performance and case conversion
• ✅ New Build experience preferred
• ✅ Ability to service multiple site leads across a local area
• ✅ Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail
• ✅ CRM and tech-savvy
• ✅ Exceptional customer service, presentation, and relationship-building skills
