Job Title: New Build Mortgage Broker – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60k+

Location: Home-Based – Covering New Build Sites Across the West Midlands

Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed

Join a Leading Mortgage Brokerage Supporting Major New Build Developments

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to support up to 3 active New Build sites across the West Midlands. With strong lead generation, admin support, and flexibility to work from home, this is a genuine opportunity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

£35,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission scheme that grows with productivity OTE £60k +
Additional earnings from protection referrals
Work from home with flexibility to manage site visits
20 qualified leads per week from active New Build developments
Support up to 3 developments in your region
Full administration support
Backing from a dedicated Sales Manager
Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 weekends

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience with New Build mortgages (ideal but not essential)
✅ Ability to handle multiple sites and a high volume of business
✅ Comfortable with CRM systems and tech platforms
✅ Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance
✅ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
✅ A proactive approach to business development
