Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Negotiator at [Employer hidden], you will:

  • Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
  • Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
  • Cross-selling between the other [Employer hidden] branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
  • Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met
  • Conduct viewings & negotiate offers
  • Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Knowledge of the Nine ElmsLondon property market
  • Proactive and tenacious
  • Target driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
  • Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
