Job Description

FM1871 provides Fantastic Facilities Management for a number of prestigious Clients across the UK! Duties will include but not limited to:

  • A methodical approach to cleaning that is organised, efficient and thorough.
  • The ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills along with a positive and approachable manner.
  • Physical abilities, including being able to work on your feet for long periods of time, as the job may involve lifting, reaching and bending.
  • The ability to deliver quality work and to work unsupervised
  • A knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations relating to the role
  • To attend and fully participate in training courses
  • Fulfil all reasonable management requests and liaise and support with colleagues to create flexible working relationships working towards the same objectives
  • It is desirable to have a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice, or BICs skills training

Requirements
