Research Centre Executive

About the role

Would you like to join a friendly, family-run business based in Harrogate? We’re looking for Part-Time Call Centre Interviewers to join our team. If you’re curious, organised, and enjoy talking to people on the telephone, we’d love to hear from you.

Working hours & shifts

We operate between 10:30am and 7pm most days and offer a selection of 4-hour shifts:

• 10:30am – 2:30pm
• 12:30pm – 4:30pm
• 3pm – 7pm

This position is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

Location & training

Work location: In person (Harrogate). Ideally you will be located within 15 miles of Harrogate as on-site training during the probationary period is required.

Experience & requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience of outbound calling in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time well.
• Previous research experience helpful but not essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting telephone research to support our customers.
• Inputting responses into a bespoke system for further analysis.
• Collaborating with our small, close-knit team.
• Ensuring accuracy and relevance in all research outputs.
