Job Description

Our client is a well-established and reputable financial services organisation based in the Beverley area. Due to continued growth they are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team to help support the CEO and the senior management team.

We are looking for a HR Manager who wants to take the lead on their recruitment and retention, and training and development strategy, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, driving their appraisal and performance management process, reviewing their absence and sickness data as well as looking at new effective ways of working.

If you have worked within HR and have experience at Manager level, or you are looking to step up into this role, then this could be the job for you. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential, as your experience of dealing with employee relations and a more generalist HR background, with the empathy and strong communication skills to match is more important.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active with the ability to work on their own initiative, people focused and able to work with the senior management team closely by providing ideas and solutions as well as providing reports and regular feedback at management meetings.

We are looking to speak to HR candidates who are looking for part time hours, either 3 full days per week or around school hours, as its important to our client that we find them the right person and then look at the hours to suit them.

There is free on site parking available and they have flexible hours available if needed.
