Operations Associate

Role

This is a 24-month programme designed to take you from your first day in a fast-paced environment to independently owning complex, multi-workstream projects, with exposure to multiple teams to gain valuable and practical operational experience.

Some example rotations could be:

• Operations. You'll dive knees deep with our deployment team, learning how to deploy a B2B SaaS at scale, veterinary practices operate and becoming an expert in our practice management software. The year is structured in four stages: building foundational product and project management experience, contributing to live implementations under supervision, owning full projects end-to-end, and finally managing a concurrent portfolio of accounts. By the end of Phase 1, you'll be running implementations independently and thinking commercially about the customers you work with.
• Growth & Client Team. You'll work across our commercial functions. On the Growth side, you'll get hands-on with lead generation, sales support, and our full sales cycle. On the Client Team side, you'll help manage live customer relationships, implement value-driving features in [Employer hidden]'s Operating System, and contribute to improving how our Success team operates.
• Product. You'll bridge the gap between commercial insight and technical delivery, contributing to QA, working alongside product managers on roadmap and discovery, and shaping how we build based on what you've seen in the field and truly crafting the ins-and-outs of a state-of-the art health tech solution
