- Passion for product (both software and physical products)
- 2-4 years in PM role in FAANG, B2B Health-Tech SaaS, B2B ERP SaaS, Fast-growing VC-backed SaaS
- Outstanding aptitude with exceptional academic record
- Strong technical understanding
- Relentless drive for exceptional client outcomes
What the job involves
- Define and refine product vision and strategy
- Translate high-level strategy into multi-year roadmaps across product lines
- Ensure product initiatives align with company OKRs and growth objectives
- Define and champion best practices in discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders
- Influence at the executive table while ensuring alignment across all business units
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads / domains
- Monitor product performance and drive accountability for business outcomes (revenue, engagement, retention, satisfaction)
- Make investment trade-offs: prioritising resources across product lines
- Market & Customer Insight
- Stay close to customers, competitors, and industry trends
