This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing communications professional with a passion for creating engaging content to join our busy and high-performing Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content for [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], including marketing materials, client proposals, thought leadership pieces, website copy, and social media campaigns. - Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, legal teams, and subject matter experts to produce accurate, engaging, and commercially focused content for proposals, tenders, and business development initiatives. - Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to create communications that support the firm’s Employee Value Proposition, including initiatives relating to recruitment, culture, wellbeing, and professional development. - Support the development and execution of [Employer hidden]’s content strategy, ensuring all materials align with the firm’s brand, tone of voice, and strategic business objectives. - Support the delivery of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across the firm. - Monitor and interpret web analytics and engagement metrics to optimise content performance and inform marketing activities. - Ensure all digital and written content is SEO-optimised, readable, and designed to maximise audience engagement. - Maintain a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all communications, reviewing and refining existing content to enhance clarity and impact. - Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to [Employer hidden]’s brand guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Be a passionate advocate for high-quality content, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to produce writing that informs, engages and differentiates the firm in the market. - Demonstrable experience in a marketing communications, content, or similar role. - Hold a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Law, or a related discipline. - Have experience producing bid, proposal and marketing content within the business or professional services sector. - Demonstrate the ability to write effectively across a variety of formats, audiences and communication channels. - Possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to gather complex information and translate it into clear, compelling content. - Have a good understanding of SEO best practices and digital content trends. - Demonstrate excellent research, writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. - Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
