### About the Role

Residential Conveyancer

Our Vision

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the firm and who shares strong professional and client-focused values.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing residential conveyancing transactions including:

Sales and purchases
New build transactions
Remortgages
Registered and unregistered properties
Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
Transfers of equity
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Working collaboratively with the Private Client department
Maintaining accurate and compliant case files
Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met

The Candidate

1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
Able to work independently on complex legal cases
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
Enthusiastic about networking and business development
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships

Key Skills & Experience

Conveyancing Law Expertise – In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
Case Management – Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with clients and third parties
Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in legal documentation
Client-Focused Approach – Delivering excellent service and managing expectations
Problem-Solving Skills – Resolving title issues, delays, and complex matters
Organisational Skills – Strong time management and prioritisation
IT Proficiency – Experience using LEAP and other legal case management systems

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
