The Team

Positioned at the forefront of the business, the Digital Distribution division plays a critical role in driving commercial growth by expanding distribution, strengthening partnerships, and delivering innovative investment solutions to retail investors across Europe.

Role Profile

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our Digital Distribution team in the development of [Employer hidden]’ retail investor distribution business.

This includes the implementation and maintenance of the distribution strategy for [Employer hidden] crypto ETP adoption across major investment platforms across the UK & Europe, ensuring the everyday investor has access to regulated, transparent and best-in-class products.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and find key investment platforms across UK & Europe that fit with the overall platform distribution strategy.
  • Support the platform distribution manager with business development and outreach campaigns to introduce [Employer hidden] to investment platforms. Generate interest with qualified prospects using outbound and inbound tactics by positioning [Employer hidden] as the leader in the industry.
  • Lead introduction calls and assess partnership fit with our retail distribution strategy.
  • Keep updated with all the industry updates around wealthtech and investment platforms. Summarise and present findings and updates with the team and senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and research in the development and maintenance of client-friendly and educational materials specific to retail investors and crypto ETP adoption.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance a centralized database of UK and European investment platforms, capturing details on partnerships, platform infrastructure providers, listed products, onboarding requirements, data providers, and appetite for crypto assets.
  • Own the maintenance of the Retail Distribution periodic KPI reporting to senior management
  • Deliver improvements and efficiencies to current internal reporting processes.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the role and contribute to wider business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (minimum 2:1 from a Russell Group University or international equivalent).
  • 1-2 years prior business/sales development or marketing experience within the financial or digital assets sectors, ideally working within retail distribution would be preferable.
  • Familiar with exchange-traded and structured financial products, preferably including open-ended ETPs would be advantageous.
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
  • Proficient in excel and comfortable analysing structured and unstructured datasets from partners, including interpreting and driving insights from data files.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital assets and the evolving crypto ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English and German; working proficiency in at least one additional European language (French, Italian) would be desirable.
