Room Attendant & Public Cleaning

As a Room Attendant at [Employer hidden], you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important. Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential. The role requires you to work flexibly across various days of the week. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.

Additionally, the role will also include Public Cleaningduties, including dusting and hoovering of public areas and cleaning of the public toilets in the morning or evening. Those additional duties will be assigned on a rotation basis between the whole team.
