FULL DESCRIPTION

As a Cluster Revenue Manager at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and pricing optimisation across a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-led revenue strategies that maximise profitability, occupancy, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement dynamic pricing and distribution strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share across assigned properties. - Analyse demand patterns, booking pace, competitor positioning, and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and yield optimisation. - Continuously evaluate pricing strategy, inventory controls, and channel mix to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and revenue targets. - Work closely with hotel teams to monitor performance and respond with agile revenue decisions that optimise both occupancy and rate. - Identify opportunities to improve direct revenue contribution and channel efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Commercial Insight

- Produce and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. - Monitor key commercial metrics including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Market Share, and channel performance. - Translate complex data into clear commercial insight and actionable recommendations for hotel leadership and senior management. - Support strategic decision-making through performance analysis, demand forecasting, and revenue scenario planning.

Systems & Distribution Management

- Manage and optimise systems including Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and Channel Managers to ensure data accuracy and effective distribution. - Maintain rate plans, inventory controls, and availability across all booking channels. Work closely with third-party distribution partners and OTAs to optimise visibility while maintaining a balanced and profitable channel mix. - Ensure revenue systems and tools are used effectively to support data-led commercial decision making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure revenue strategies align with wider commercial and brand objectives. - Lead or contribute to regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings, providing insight and recommendations to drive performance. - Build strong relationships with hotel leadership teams to support revenue culture and commercial awareness across the properties. - Provide training, guidance, and support to property teams on revenue management best practices.

Forecasting & Budgeting

- Support the preparation of revenue forecasts and budgets, using historical performance, forward demand, and market intelligence. - Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending actions to protect or enhance revenue performance. - Contribute to ongoing commercial planning and strategy discussions to support long-term business growth.

Skills & Requirements

- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, ideally within a multi-property or cluster environment. - Strong understanding of pricing strategy, market segmentation, demand forecasting, and distribution management. - Experience using RMS, PMS, and channel management platforms. - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance rate, occupancy, and profitability to deliver optimal results.
