We are looking for a compassionate and vibrant Wellbeing & Activities Assistants to join our Wellbeing Team and help deliver our person-centred activities and events programme for residents living with dementia.
About you.
- Your natural ability to care will shine as you support engaging group and one-to-one activities.
- Working alongside your Wentworth Court colleagues, you’ll create meaningful moments that reflect each resident’s life story and interests.
- Through genuine warmth and kindness, residents will be empowered to achieve even the smallest triumphs, encouraged in their choice, independence, and confidence, and supported to feel valued, understood, and celebrated every day.
- Whether your talents lie in arts and crafts, music, gardening, DIY, or simply making someone smile, who you are will shape joyful, engaging days.
You may already have a background in care, or you may be seeking a new and meaningful career. What matters most to us is that you are a true people person, someone who shows empathy, takes the initiative, and is passionate about making a difference.
A full driving licence is desirable, and confidence in driving our minibus (with training provided) would be a real advantage.
